Job Description:

Lead and conduct Real-Time Studies to optimize grid operations and performance.
Coordinate the bulk electrical system to maintain reliability and efficiency.
Oversee the energy trading system and ensure seamless integration with grid operations.
Collaborate with Independent System Operators (ISOs), Distribution System Operators (DSOs), and regional utilities to enhance power system functionality.
Analyze power system dynamics, transient stability, and operational constraints to support decision-making.
Develop and implement models for real-time grid monitoring and control.

Desired Characteristics

Minimum MSc in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems (PhD preferred).
10+ years of experience in power system engineering, focusing on real-time studies.
Strong knowledge of Real-Time Studies methodologies and tools.
Hands-on experience working with Independent System Operators (ISOs) and Distribution System Operators (DSOs).
Expertise in power system stability, dynamic simulations, and market operations.
Proficiency in industry-standard software for real-time power system analysis.
