Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Real Estate Team Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our dynamic team of real estate agents. This leadership role is centered around building a high-performance sales culture, driving agent success, and ensuring all KPIs and business goals are met consistently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about team development, and has a strong understanding of the real estate industry from both an operational and sales perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and lead a team of real estate agents, ensuring each team member is aligned with our goals and brand values.
Set and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for each agent and hold regular check-ins to support accountability and growth.
Develop and implement strategies for lead conversion, listing volume, and sales targets in alignment with team goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions to foster agent success and professional development.
Work closely with marketing, admin, and transaction coordinators to ensure smooth workflows and client satisfaction.
Create and maintain a positive, collaborative culture that motivates agents and encourages retention.
Oversee and optimize the use of CRM systems, productivity tools, and reporting dashboards to track team activity and deal flow.
Troubleshoot agent challenges in real-time and act as a mentor, offering hands-on guidance with negotiations, listings, and closings.
Ensure all team activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards in accordance with local real estate boards and RECO.
Experience & Skills
Proven success in real estate team management, brokerage leadership, or sales coaching roles.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of real estate sales operations, including listing management, buyer representation, and deal compliance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize for results.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, BoomTown) and lead management systems is a plus.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000
Performance Bonus: Tied to portfolio retention, growth, and service KPIs
Target Earnings: $75,000–$110,000+ based on performance by recieving 10% of sales to the Team Owner.
