Interior Designer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can apply their creative thinking skills and experience in designing modular spaces based on client conversations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to assess client needs, and adjust their approach accordingly. They should also stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and landscape to provide innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
• To own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure.
• To own Customer Experience during a project.
• To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• To own an end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduation or relevant Diploma.
• Minimum Experience 1.5 years as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
• Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
• Behavioural attributes of Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
• High degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
