About You

The Social Media Community Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, creation, and optimization of Cheekbone Beauty content and ads on social media channels such as Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter with the goal of acquiring customers/subscribers within our acquisition cost goals. This includes developing content that creates engagement, social promotion to drive followers and overall sales. You will be building relationships with online influencer as well as managing the social media and customer relation side of the company.

A successful candidate is a dynamic, strong communicator, highly organized and creative yet analytical and in tune with the current trends in social marketing. They will have a keen attention to detail and a passion for beauty and creative marketing. They will be agile in a fast and every-changing environment with a sense of urgency. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of social media creative best practices, day-to-day ad and content management, marketing analytics and strong copywriting skills. The Social Media/Content Creator will work closely with the Customer Experience and Marketing team to achieve similar, mutual goals and brainstorm to create new content.

Overall, this role is responsible for the planning, creating and executing of cost effective, digital marketing programs and content. Our ideal candidate will have a lot of positive energy and can manage the responsibility of building and nurturing new and existing business. They are self-motivated and have a passion for connecting with customers.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage and create large social media advertisements and content that will focus on new follower acquisition and overseeing day-to-day operations of the brand’s social media presence on social media platforms.
Manage and build our community.
Plan and create engaging product content and videos for customer and company use that are memorable, driving and amplifies brand awareness, while also embodying Cheekbone Beauty’s branding and core values.
Research and identify relevant key industry trends, experts, and brand competitors, as well as target audiences and users.
Build and manage relationships with online influencers and advocates, identify opportunities (where applicable).
Work with both the Marketing and Customer Experience team to brainstorm and create campaigns/content that optimizes customer efforts across all social media and Cheekbone pages
Manage all administration aspects of influencer relations
Create marketing briefs incorporating best practices
Communicate with various prospective media sites and representatives
Report on various metrics such as growth, engagement, conversation and leads across channels to guide overall social strategy
Provide recommendations on the latest and greatest digital ad placement and consideration

Here’s What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
An in-depth knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
3 to 5 years of experience working in Digital/Social Media Marketing and/or content creation.
Must have social media, graphic design, video creation/editing, and Adobe software knowledge and experience (ie. Photoshop).
A proven track record of people management experience and/or experience communicating with online influencers.
Experience managing successful social media campaigns and a solid understanding of paid social media marketing.
Excellent oral, copy-writing skills and creativity. Willing to think outside of the box.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
