• Manage social media accounts using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely engagement.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure messaging aligns with branding guidelines and supports overall marketing campaigns.
• Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively and maximize engagement.
• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance content quality and strategy.
Experience
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.
• Familiarity with video editing tools for producing engaging multimedia content.
• Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital channels.
• Ability to analyze data insights to refine content strategies continuously.
• Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand voice.
