Job Summary :
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Manager who can handle everything from content posting and automation to analytics and record keeping. You’ll work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure that all digital touchpoints — especially on Instagram and YouTube — are strategically managed and optimized.
This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on systems, consistency, and data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Posting & Content Publishing:
Publish content across platforms: Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Videos, and YT Community Posts.
Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and scheduling.
Automation (Manychat):
Set up and monitor CTA flows on Manychat.
Ensure CTAs are working and appropriately linked to relevant content.
Troubleshoot when users comment unexpected keywords and adjust flows accordingly.
Maintain and update a Manychat CTA Glossary.
Analytics:
Review and report on weekly content performance.
Identify top-performing content and areas to improve.
Update and manage the Instagram performance tracking sheet.
Use insights to make informed decisions about future content.
Call Booking Record Keeping:
Track and log call bookings accurately.
Maintain internal sheets and coordinate with relevant teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management, especially for digital products or educational brands.
Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Manychat automation tools.
A strong systems thinker — loves structure, consistency, and follow-through.
Comfortable working with analytics, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Organized, proactive, and highly accountable.
Familiarity with trends in digital marketing and social media algorithms.
Experience with performance tracking and funnel reporting.
