POSITION TITLE: Sub-Assembler
REPORTS TO: Assistant Production Manager
WORK SCHEDULE: Regular, Full-Time, Days

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager, the Sub-Assembler ensures Allseating’ssuperior product by assembling the product components in accordance with design and quality standards and instruction.
Job Responsibilities:
The Sub-Assembler is responsible for the following:
Following work instructions;
Assembling the product as instructed (i.e.: mesh backs, frames, side chairs, stools, etc.)
Re-working product as deemed necessary by customer and/or company;
Maintaining a clean work environment;
Adhering to all company and government legislated policies and procedures; and
Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment;
Must be able to lift up to 5-15 lbs;
Must be comfortable and capable of using a pneumatic air-gun and tools;
Must be able to stand for extended periods;
Must be able to work with others;
Must be able to work efficiently and effectively; and
Must possess a strong attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma
English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required:
Steel-toed shoes
Safety glasses
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Manufacturing setting
Day Shift (7:30am – 4:00pm) with occasional evenings and weekend overtime
