About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our seasoned and structured Talent Acquisition (TA) team supporting both regional and corporate hiring across Canada. This is a player-coach role, ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.


You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, mentoring a team of experienced recruiters, and directly recruiting for senior-level corporate roles (Director and above). You will also drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, talent pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of TA professionals across regional and corporate functions.
Oversee daily operations, workload distribution, and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
Provide training, mentorship, and support to enhance recruiter capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Recruitment
Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level corporate roles (Director and above) and any strategic positions for the business.
Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between talent needs and business goals.

Client Relationship & Escalation Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex hiring challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and partnership.
Process Optimization & Experience Enhancement
Champion enhancements to the HR and application system and other tools to improve hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Talent Pipeline & Workforce Planning
Lead initiatives to build and maintain robust talent pipelines through campus programs, community partnerships, and proactive sourcing strategies.
Develop and execute roadmaps for future talent needs, ensuring readiness for business growth and transformation.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
Experience: 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Industry Background: Experience in hospitality, food service, or related sectors is highly preferred.
Bilingualism in French/English is a definite asset.

Skills:
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Proven success in recruiting senior-level talent.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
