Shape the Future of Aged Care Recruitment
Are you a seasoned recruiter with an agency background, ready to make a meaningful impact in the not-for-profit sector? Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent aged care provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Home and Community Support teams for a 6-month contract.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where your recruitment expertise will help build a compassionate and skilled workforce that supports older Australians to live and age well.
A week in the life of your new role
Providing support to hiring managers by placing ads, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking, document collection and offer management, working a full 360 recruitment portfolio
You’ll help develop strategies to reduce our time to fill and increase quality of hire
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment advice
Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment support and strategic hiring solutions
Provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and market insights
About you
High volume recruitment experience gained in agency environment, we work at a fast pace
Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide recruitment and talent advice
A high level of customer service, communication and administration skills
Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking systems – we use JobAdder and will provide training if required
Own vehicle and driver’s licence
