Responsibilities
Forming business entities such as LLCs, partnerships, and corporations, with a focus on allocation structures for multi-tiered LLCs/partnerships to meet economic agreements among project stakeholders
Managing transaction and project financing, working with developers, investors, lenders, government agencies, and bond issuers
Planning, negotiating, and structuring project finance involving federal business tax credits (e.g., green energy/investment, low-income housing, historic property rehabilitation), state tax credits (especially NYS), and other economic development incentives
Structuring and financing merger and acquisition transactions

Job Details

We are seeking candidates with solid experience in various areas, including

Structuring commercial real estate development transactions with tax considerations, including multifamily projects

Forming business entities such as LLCs, partnerships, and corporations, with a focus on allocation structures for multi-tiered LLCs/partnerships to meet economic agreements among project stakeholders
