The Opportunity
As a Technical Support Analyst you help our customers realize the full potential of our software. This position is part of a talented team of Customer Support individuals. If you want to work in a rewarding position, learn and grow professionally this is the job for you!
This position is located in Fredericton, NB.
Your Responsibilities
Work with customers and their users on a daily basis to ensure that all of their training and technical support needs have been met.
Develop training aids, FAQs, and other materials to assist customers in the adoption of our software and help scale our deployment process.
As part of a team you will assist in triaging and responding to incoming questions and requests from Customers.
Use a strong analytical approach to diagnosing and investigating the cause of potential issues with the software.
Uncover issues through data forensics, accomplished through various Admin tools.
Demonstrate excellent customer service by being responsive and courteous to our customers.
Uncover and explain issues to our customers and to the development team with the appropriate level of detail.
Qualifications
University Degree or College Diploma required - equivalent experience considered
Customer Service Experience required
