Job Title: Technical Tele sales Executive (US Region – Cybersecurity Domain)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Work Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zones)

Communication Focus: U.S. Accent, Cybersecurity Domain

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Cybersecurity/IT Technical Calling/Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Technical Tele sales Executive with proven experience in cybersecurity or IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling and lead qualification across the U.S. market, engaging with IT managers, CISOs, and other decision-makers, introducing cybersecurity services and solutions, and setting up meetings for the technical/pre-sales teams. U.S. accent and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Engagement

· Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using VoIP, CRM, or sales automation tools.

· Communicate value propositions related to cybersecurity services/products such as MDR, SOC, SIEM, XDR, compliance, and risk assessments.

· Identify pain points and qualify leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification

· Identify, qualify, and document prospective clients using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

· Work with pre-sales and sales teams to schedule appointments or product demonstrations.

· Maintain call logs, update lead status, and generate daily/weekly performance reports.

3. Relationship Management

· Build and nurture rapport with U.S. IT stakeholders and decision-makers.

· Act as the first-level technical touchpoint and escalate qualified leads to the technical team.

4. Product Knowledge & Market Research

· Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitors, services (SOC, endpoint protection, compliance frameworks).

· Understand client environments such as cloud, endpoints, and SIEM tools (Seceon, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in a U.S. tech sales/telecalling role (preferably in cybersecurity or managed IT services).

· Excellent command of U.S. English (verbal & written) with a neutral or Americanized accent.

· Strong understanding of cybersecurity services/products (e.g., firewall, SOC, SIEM, MDR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST).

· Proven experience in lead qualification, CRM usage, and call reporting.

· Willing to work in U.S. time zones (EST/PST shifts).

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with Seceon or similar cybersecurity platforms.

· Certifications like CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, or any Sales/Inside Sales training.

· Prior experience working with MSSPs or SOC environments is a strong advantage.
