Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• * Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing The Elite Jobs services and offerings.
• * Provide clear and concise information regarding job opportunities and answer any inquiries from clients.
• * Schedule appointments and follow up with leads as necessary.
• * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• * Assist in gathering feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help achieve team goals and KPIs.
• * Ensure calls are made in a timely and professional manner, following company guidelines.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to listen actively and understand clients needs.
• * Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• * Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Experience:
• * Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• * Freshers are welcome to apply.
