Architectural Visualization Project Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive project coordinator for architectural visualization on a 1-year contractual basis, with the possibility of extension. The role involves close coordination with international clients, particularly from the North American region.
The successful candidate will act as a communication bridge between our clients (architects, builders, interior designers) and the production team (3D artists, architectural draftsmen). They will review and understand architectural drawings, project scopes, and deliverables such as:
• 3D photorealistic renderings
• VR tours and imagery
• Walkthrough videos
• CAD drawings
They will also provide creative direction to enhance visual outcomes, oversee post-production refinements, and compile client feedback into actionable instructions for the production team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
• Experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients (preferably from MNCs)
• Strong understanding of the architectural visualization workflow
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Proficient in industry terminology and visual communication tools
