Job description
Are you looking for a position in which you keep things moving and deliver when it matters most? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Warehouse Administrator at the DFDS warehouse in Belfast.

Butterfly Shift - Week 1 (Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday) Week 2 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday) 06:30 - 18:30

About the role

The Warehouse and Admin will work closely within a small team and alongside a Team Leader to achieve and maintain a high level of service to all our customers, both internal and external. The post holder will provide administration support to the warehouse and transport activities. They will also assist with assembling and loading customer orders in the ambient and chilled warehouses.

You will be responsible for:
• Accurately receiving, picking, assembling and loading customer orders within depot accuracy targets, in accordance with the Red Prairie Warehouse Management System of Procedures.
• Liaise with customers to ensure all stock and POD queries are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct tasks and activities in line with H&S, food hygiene practices and environmental procedures.
• Use electronic and manual filing systems with due regard to security and confidentiality (GDPR)
• Complete operational documents appropriately and in a timely manner
• Handle customer stock with care and consideration to minimise damages and maximise customer service.

About you
• Excellent IT skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the use of Warehouse Management
• Previous general warehousing / retail experience
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines & targets
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules and read understand and follow directions
