The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team for a 12 month contract term. With your expertise, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a customer-centric recruitment service to the business.

Your strength lies building a talent pool of quality candidates that align with Interflow’s values and behaviours. You enjoy collaborating with people and building meaningful relationships by providing expert advice to hiring leaders across the business. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to recruit for several different roles in both the blue and white-collar space. You’ll have a knack for working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of vacancies including running assessment centres.

You will bring:

Demonstrated recruitment experience in a resourcing or recruitment capacity (agency or internal)
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field is desired but not essential
