Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Accountant to join our team. This role is fully on-site and highly interactive, requiring daily access to the factory to participate in meetings, present performance data, and support the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the manager with data analysis and performance reporting.

Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide recommendations.

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards.

Requirements
