Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting, preferably in the Mortgage industry
Proficiency in MRI and Yardi accounting software is a must
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and property operations
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property accounting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and variance analysis

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property accounting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and variance analysis.
