Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property accounting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and variance analysis

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Property Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the financial success of our diverse portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property accounting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and variance analysis. Qualifications

• CPA certification is a plus.
