Accountant

Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliatio n . - Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely ma nnr. - Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for daily oper a tins. 2. Budget Ma nageent: - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and analysis on variances a nd tends. - Monitor budgetary performance and identify areas for cost-saving measures or reven ue optimiation. 3. T ax Comliance: - Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with lo cal tax reglations. - Assist with tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing fi n ancial eficiency. 4. FinancialReporting: - Generate financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and financal metrics. - Prepare financial statements for external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulatory ag enc ies, and taxauth o rities. 5. udit Support: - Coordinate with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support t o e nsure a smoothaudit process. - Implement audit recommendations and improvements to enhance internal co n t rols and fina cial processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Ac cou nting, Finance,or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in th e manufacturing or ngineering industry. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS E x cel for financial aalysis and reporting. - Sound knowledge of acc oun ting principles, pracices, and regulations. - Strong analytical skills with attentionto detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate e ffe ctively with internal ad external stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize tas k s and meet deadlines ina
