Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
Process customer payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and account balances in the accounting system
Assist with credit checks and credit limit assessments for new and existing customers
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review
Purchasing
Assist with the purchasing process by processing customer orders, and tracking deliveries
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Verify purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain purchasing records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Support the sales team in sourcing new suppliers and managing vendor relationships
