Key Responsibilities
• Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process invoices, ensure timely payments and collections, and maintain up-to-date records.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• GST and TDS Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS calculations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, assist in budget preparation, and support financial analysis activities.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective communication.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
