Zinetti Food Products Ltd. is a modern food producer of frozen gourmet pasta & entrees with high speed process and packaging lines located in Surrey, British Columbia. Founded in 1+85, quality, pride and consistency make Zinetti Food Products Ltd. a leader in the field of prepared pasta and many other dishes.

Currently we are looking to fill an office position to join our growing team. This position will be a hybrid position that will offer much opportunity to learn and grow with the company. The core function will be as an Accounts Payable clerk, working with the senior Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator, but will also involve the learning of the order desk position and purchasing position to be able to act as a back-up to both. This will allow you to learn and be involved in all aspects of the administration side of the business, and help you grow to be a very valuable part of the core team.

The ideal candidate should be a team player who is very organized, can multi-task and work independently, and operate efficiently under a demanding and frequently changing schedule. Past office administrative experience is an asset, as is an eagerness to succeed and work with the team to help the company continue to grow.

Requirements of this position include:

· Solid command of English, both written and oral

· Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy

· Accounts Payable experience (minimum of 2 years)

· Expertise in MS Office

· Expertise in modern accounting software

· Strong attention to detail and time management, along with interpersonal and organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable

- Process invoices and credit notes, checking invoices against PO’s and receipts

- Process credit card payments and post credit card purchases in a timely fashion

- Maintain accounts payable records, including data entry and reconciliation of vendor statements

- Process approved employee expenses

- Reconcile petty cash

- Deal with supplier account queries

- Assist with various government agency reporting requirements / reconciliations / reports

Office Assistant

- Greet customers and answer customer/client phone calls

- Ordering of office, cleaning, and safety supplies

- Arranging of couriers for parts and preparation of samples and packaging with dry ice for local and international shipments

- Greet customers and answer customer/client phone calls

Other Duties

- Provide information as needed to other team members in regards to purchases/payables

- Receive/sort incoming mail

- Assistant Management Team as needed on projects

- Potential for further growth with the company:

o Learn and be able to act as back-up for the order desk to cover for vacations and illnesses

o Learn to assist purchasing agent with general duties, and eventually be able to act as a back-up for vacations and illnesses
