Be the First Point of Contact. Support a Mission That Matters. At The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group, we’re committed to improving health and wellbeing through impactful research and community support. As the Administration Services Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our front-line admin team - welcoming visitors and home lottery ticket buyers, supporting the business where needed, and ensuring seamless daily operations across THRF Group.


In this dynamic and people-facing role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while providing high-quality reception and administrative support. You’ll be the face of the organisation for both external stakeholders and internal teams, managing enquiries with professionalism and warmth. You’ll also play a key role in supporting administrative projects and assisting the broader Administration Services Team with a wide range of office coordination tasks.

What you'll bring to the role:

Exceptional customer service skills to deliver outstanding, friendly service to all.
Be the welcoming face and voice of THRF Group, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily operation of our office.
Provide comprehensive reception and administrative support, juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
Assist in coordinating a variety of administrative projects, bringing your flair and organisational skills to every task.
Work closely with the Administration Services Team, lending a hand wherever needed and contributing to our positive workplace culture.
