Shift time - 10am-6pm
Provides general administrative and clerical support to include scanning, indexing, and filing material for Warehouse Leadership Team
Managing visits for the leaders, agenda planning, presentations, banquet orders, and acting as the liaison for all participants
Supports various projects, organize and schedule appointments, write and distribute email, correspondence, forms, and memos
Maintains supplies inventory for the office by managing the stock levels and placing orders for supplies
Ability to work overtime as need to include weekends
Process bill of ladings for daily shipping and coordinate to the proper carriers
Work closely with Customer Service Team in order to give excellent service to our customers
Call our LTL carrier for shipments departing
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience/Competencies
• Degree preferred but not required.
