Responsibilities
Provides administrative support such as answering phones, maintaining office supplies, scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and training activities
Prepares and types correspondence, memos, reports and supporting documents; files; orders supplies and equipment
Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes
Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
Prepare outgoing mail and sorts incoming mail
Provides support by scanning, filing, and copying
Performs data entry into project specific databases
Assists with marketing proposal preparations
Ensures company vehicles have up-to-date registrations
Schedules company vehicle maintenance
Assumes other duties as directed by immediate supervisor
Works cooperatively with the team to achieve objectives
Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with all employees and clients

We are currently searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our West Gulf Region located in New Orleans, LA.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Provides administrative support such as answering phones, maintaining office supplies, scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and training activities
