Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office functions, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting organizational goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties
- Manage daily administrative operations, including office organization and workflow optimization.
- Oversee data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
- Implement and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication within the organization.
- Provide proofreading support for internal documents to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and computerized, for easy access to information.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management, scheduling, and communication with team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with managerial responsibilities preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with office phone systems and their management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

- Portuguese and Spanish language skills
