Te āheinga: The opportunity
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for reviewing, managing, entering application documents submitted and enrolling domestic and international applicants. As a key frontline team member, you'll also communicate directly with applicants and occasionally provide face-to-face support to students, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their application journey.

You'll have:
An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
Strong personal accountabilityand effective workflow management, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
Sharp attention to detail, essential for maintaining precision in administrative processes and documentation.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing your capability in handling a variety of tasks with professionalism.
Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), and email.
A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting both planned and ad-hoc tasks across academic support functions.
A strong passion for enhancing the student experience and contributing to initiatives that support student enrolment.
