About the opportunity

To cover a period of parental leave, we’re looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to join our talented Technology team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This role will focus on SAP Sales & Procurement, supporting both T&G Global and T&G Fresh across BAU and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) systems and users to ensure operational excellence and ongoing system optimisation
Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive adoption of new functionality
Contributing to technology projects to ensure alignment with T&G’s overall technical roadmap
Coaching and developing super users to build internal capability and promote best practice
Collaborating closely with SAP Functional Leads, the SAP Development team, and the wider Technology function
This role offers flexible, hybrid working – a mix of work-from-home and onsite. It can be based in either Auckland (Ellerslie) or Hawke’s Bay (Whakatu), where you'll enjoy modern workspaces, free onsite parking, and a friendly, supportive team environment.

About you

Proven experience in an SAP Support or Functional Analyst role
Knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP MM is an advantage
A passion for technology and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A sound understanding of supply chain operations and how the pieces fit together
