We are looking out for Area Operations Manager(Jewellery ) for Vijaywada/Hyderabad/Paipur/Vizag/
Job locations- Hyderabad/ Dharwad/ Coimbatore/ Chennai/Raipur/ Vizag/Tirupati/Bangalore .

As an Area Operations Manager for a jewelry brand, you'll oversee and optimize operations within a specific geographic area, ensuring smooth store functioning, high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning .
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Excellence:
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned area, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and evaluate operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Oversee store layouts, merchandising, and visual displays to create an attractive and engaging customer experience.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring they meet the required skills and qualifications.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans to improve employee skills and capabilities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
• Financial Management:
• Manage and control operational budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction in all stores within the area.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to improve the customer experience.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular reports to management on the performance of stores and operations within the area.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to management.
Skills And Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems for operations management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
