As the Assistant to CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in helping him drive the company's strategic initiatives and supporting its rapid growth trajectory
Working closely with the CEO, you'll work with him on day-to-day tasks, oversee general office operations, work on special projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Create and manage agendas and decks/presentations for external and internal meetings, ensuring efficient and productive discussions
Coordinate, attend and take notes at/for all strategic internal/external meetings
Coordinate venue, time, and personnel for off-site events, company parties, and meetings
Oversee general office operations, such as supplies, kitchen, and associated contractors
