Job description, work day and responsibilities
Relevant working experience in RTR - Intercompany function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party or Shared Services set up.
• Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives across the entire RTR Intercompany Lifecycle focusing on Invoice Scanning Posting, Accrual Posting, Reconciliation, Analysis of Mismatches, Payment Schedules, Payments and Netting & Clearing.
• Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
• Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.
• Proactive, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios
• Individuals with expertise on Intercompany for driving Transformations
• Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives across the entire RTR Intercompany Lifecycle focusing on Invoice Scanning Posting, Accrual Posting, Reconciliation, Analysis of Mismatches, Payment Schedules, Payments and Netting & Clearing.
• Working experience on SAP and Oracle ERPs and Platform tools like Blackline, ReconArt, Xero etc
