About The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of technical expertise and customer communication, helping our members make informed decisions about their financial future. You'll translate complex legislative requirements into clear, actionable communications while working with cutting-edge communications platforms.
Day To Day, You'll
Transform business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions using our communications platform
Collaborate with Analyst Programmers to map data sources and deliver correspondence
Document and analyse communications-related business processes
Investigate and resolve correspondence issues through root cause analysis
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and ensure quality control
Report on communications outcomes to stakeholders
Provide support in secondary roles such as Test Analyst or Delivery Lead as needed
This role is permanent opportunity. Our offices are in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, but we're open to remote workers from other locations.
About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
You've got hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with real projects under your belt
You're comfortable writing complex SQL queries and understand how databases work
You know your way around system development and can craft effective test cases
You're a natural communicator who can break down complex ideas into simple terms
Your eagle eye for detail means nothing slips through the cracks
You love solving puzzles – the tougher the problem, the better

Having experience with Quadient Inspire or other CCM correspondence software like SmartCOMM or OpenText Extreme would be a big plus!
