Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head for our Interior Designing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Business operations, driving business development, managing sales, and ensuring successful project execution. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the interior design industry, and a commitment to staying updated with market standards and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch strategies to win new projects.
Sales and Marketing:
• Drive sales targets and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
• Oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Operations Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes and systems to streamline operations.
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the verticals budget, including forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs.
Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and client retention.
Market Awareness and Adaptation:
• Stay updated with the latest market standards, industry trends, and design innovations.
• Continuously update personal and team knowledge and skills through research, training, and professional development.
• Implement new ideas and approaches to keep the company at the forefront of the interior design industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the interior design industry
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry standards and trends.
