Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the setup and operations of our new IT Training Institute Delhi. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete establishment—from infrastructure setup, staff hiring, marketing strategy, student admissions, to smooth day-to-day operations.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end setup of the training center (staff hiring, vendor coordination, branding).
• Create and execute local marketing strategies (offline + digital).
• Handle student inquiries, walk-ins, and conduct counselling sessions.
• Achieve admission targets and growth goals.
• Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth batch delivery.
• Maintain discipline, feedback systems, and operational excellence.
• Build partnerships with colleges for outreach.
• Manage lead generation, follow-up systems, and conversions.
???? Required Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing/coordinating for a training institute, coaching center, or educational setup.
• Must have handled student counselling + marketing + operations independently.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR student market.
• Familiarity with IT courses and student behavior in tech training is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
???? Skills Needed:
• Strong communication & sales skills.
• Decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Local marketing knowledge (pamphlets, seminars, college tie-ups, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM, basic digital tools, and lead tracking.
• Time management and people management.
