Responsibilities
Manages and develops our Alts channel marketing
Leads multiple cross-functional teams
Accountable for the selection of internal and external partners
Stays abreast of client needs and market developments and participates substantively in the development of segment marketing strategy that optimize placement, engagement and value propositioning of our products and value-added offers
Accountable for the creation of integrated marketing plans aligned with segment marketing, product, and business strategy
Accountable for the ROI of marketing investments managed
Applies extensive understanding of the segment client and prospect populations across multiple channels to create and execute a national marketing plan to drive business results for respective key market/segments across the firm
Solicits and gathers feedback and competitive intelligence from internal and externals sources and identifies new and better ways to develop content and tools that ensure ideal positioning within respective segment
Oversees execution of plans, ensuring appropriateness, consistency, and timeliness of key messages and data for all audiences and drives brand positioning to highlight key elements and Leads the project plans and overall execution of the marketing plans for multiple channels within a specific segment, including determining necessary internal and external partners, securing their necessary support, and determining necessary legal and compliance filings offers that differentiate and demonstrate T

$137,000 - $234,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington
$171,000 - $2+2,000 USD for the locations of: California and New York
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
