What You Will Do:
• Own demand-generation targets by running cold-email and outreach campaigns in HubSpot, iterating via A/B tests.
• Manage HubSpot, maintain CRM hygiene, and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost through data-driven A/B tests.
• Plan & manage US trade-show booths and drive post-show follow-ups.
• Lead asset creation such as one-pagers, infographics, booth collateral, pitch decks using Figma/Canva and Gen-AI tools for on-brand, high-impact materials.
• Own social channels end-to-end to shape a distinctive brand voice, create engaging content, and turn casual followers into an active, growing community.
• Produce polished pitch decks and modern PPT templates for customers, conferences and investors.

Challenges You Will Tackle:
• Crafting customer-centric, compelling messages that resonate with diverse, non-digital audiences.
• Balancing multiple project timelines to ensure the timely execution of marketing strategies.
• Innovating within budget constraints while maximizing ROI on marketing campaigns.

Who You Are:
• Possess 5-8 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2 years marketing to North-American industrial or fleet audiences.
• Fluent with HubSpot, Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva/Figma, ChatGPT/LLMs for content.
• Proven track record orchestrating campaigns that delivered $1M+ pipelines.
• Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and clear, persuasive communication.
• Experience in a startup environment, with the ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced landscape.
