Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws, auditing standards, and financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit & Assurance:
• Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and specialized audits tailored to specific industry regulations.
• Evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Identify and address potential areas of risk within financial operations.
• Tax Advisory:
• Provide expert advice on direct taxation, including corporate and individual tax planning.
• Manage indirect taxation matters, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and advisory services.
• Handle tax audits, litigation, and representation before tax authorities.
• Financial Advisory:
• Assist clients with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Advise on investment strategies and wealth management solutions.
• Support clients in navigating complex financial landscapes and regulatory environments.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure clients adhere to financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard client assets.
• Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a valid membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Familiarity with financial advisory services in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, real estate, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.
• Knowledge of process outsourcing and virtual CFO services.
