You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our lending strategy, driving growth and innovation, and ensuring credit quality and regulatory excellence.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CLO will chair the Credit Committee, oversee strategic planning and budgeting for the Lending Division, and champion modernization across all lending operations. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming lending strategy and operations—empowering people, driving innovation, and delivering real value to the communities we serve. If you're energized by purpose, driven by outcomes, and ready to lead meaningful change, we’d love to connect with you.
