PositiivPlus is a cloud-based Sustainability & ESG Management Platform that helps corporates streamline sustainability reporting, compliance, and supply chain ESG management. We are expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic Communications & Event Manager to lead our digital engagement and event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Digital Communication & Social Media Management
???? Develop and execute a content strategy across digital channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
???? Create engaging content, infographics, thought leadership posts, newsletters, and blogs on sustainability trends, ESG updates, and corporate impact stories.
???? Manage PositiivPlus' social media accounts to drive engagement, community growth, and brand awareness.
???? Coordinate with designers and marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns.
???? Track social media analytics and optimize content based on performance insights.
2️⃣ Event Planning, Moderation & Operations
???? Plan, organize, and execute B2B sustainability events, industry conferences, webinars, and roundtables.
???? Manage event logistics, coordination with partners, and on-ground execution.
???? Act as the moderator/host for panel discussions, fireside chats, and networking events.
???? Develop event marketing strategies to drive registrations, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
???? Ensure smooth coordination with speakers, sponsors, media partners, and internal teams.
???? Handle post-event communication, content distribution, and audience engagement strategies.
3️⃣ Public Relations & Corporate Communication
???? Draft press releases, corporate announcements, and media pitches for PR outreach.
???? Build relationships with journalists, industry influencers, and sustainability media platforms.
???? Manage internal communications, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3-7 years of experience in communications, social media management, or event marketing (preferably in sustainability, ESG, SaaS, or corporate branding).
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, LinkedIn growth strategies, and content creation.
✔ Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a passion for sustainability topics.
✔ Experience in organizing B2B conferences, webinars, and corporate events.
✔ Confident event moderation & public speaking skills to lead discussions and interviews.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.
✔ Familiarity with social media analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and event management software.
