Role: Conga Publisher Developer
Exp: 5-7 years
Type: Contract/Full time
Shift: IST
Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and customize Conga Publisher templates to automate document creation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Conga solutions.
• Design and implement complex document structures with dynamic content, conditional logic, and advanced formatting.
• Integrate Conga Publisher with Salesforce and other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Conga templates and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and optimize document performance and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain documentation for all developed solutions, configurations, and processes.
• Stay updated on Conga platform features, new releases, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of proven experience with Conga Publisher development and related Conga tools.
• Strong understanding of Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and other Conga suite components is a plus.
• Experience in designing complex, dynamic templates with conditional logic and advanced formatting.
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other scripting languages relevant to Conga development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, or related technologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile/SCRUM environments.
Preferred Certifications:
• Conga Certified Developer or related Salesforce certifications.
