Freelancer Real Estate sales Exicutive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Male Property Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, and networking.

Arrange property viewings with potential buyers.

Present and explain property features, pricing, and financing options.

Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

Requirements:

Only male candidates can apply.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Must have a bike or own vehicle and a valid driving licence.

Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online listing platforms.
