About the Role
We are currently hiring for a Content & Social Media Coordinator to support our growing marketing team.
The salary range for this position is $45,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience and responsibilities:
The base Content & Social Media Coordinator role typically falls within $45,000–$55,000.
Candidates with experience in Meta ad campaigns and/or email marketing strategy may be considered for an expanded role with a salary of up to $68,000.
We are flexible in the scope of the position and open to shaping it around the strengths of the right candidate.
You will play a key role in producing social-first content that drives engagement, supports daily product launches, and reinforces brand consistency across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a creative, hands-on role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, product storytelling, and social captions
Track social media trends, audio, and content formats to keep assets fresh and relevant
Help maintain content calendars for product launches, campaigns, and promotional events
Video & Creative Production Support
Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
Support video shoots and live sessions by gathering, steaming, and organizing garment samples
Assist with on-camera setup, background styling, and behind-the-scenes prep
Occasionally appear on camera or support others during filming
Photoshoot Preparation
Organize and prep product samples for photoshoots, including steaming and tagging garments
Ensure smooth coordination between product, marketing, and photography teams
Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to customer and Stylist comments, DMs, and questions across platforms
Support the affiliate Stylist community with content ideas and engagement materials
Product Descriptions & Merchandising Support
Write clear, compelling product descriptions with fit details and bullet points
Assist with measuring garments and naming product colors
Ensure product listings are accurate, polished, and ready for launch
Optional Responsibilities (For Candidates with Additional Experience)
If you bring relevant experience, this role may be expanded to include:
Meta Ads: Assist in creating ad creative and strategy, writing ad copy, and reviewing performance metrics
Email Marketing: Support marketing direction for promotional emails or product announcement campaigns
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong writing, communication, and visual content skills
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling platforms
Familiarity with AI-based tools to support content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects on tight timelines
Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative
Bonus Skills (Compensated at Higher End of Salary Range):
Hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
Background in email marketing or ecommerce performance content
Video editing and motion graphics skills
