💼 Experience Required: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email deliverability.

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Email Deliverability Expert to join our growing team. If you have prior experience managing domain reputation, handling deliverability issues, and working with email infrastructure, this role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a high-growth, global-facing environment.

You'll be at the core of managing and optimizing our clients’ email delivery performance, working closely with both technical and marketing teams to ensure peak deliverability and compliance across channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and resolve domain, IP, and email deliverability issues across multiple clients and platforms.
• Configure, audit, and optimize SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI records.
• Manage and fine-tune IP/domain warmup strategies.
• Monitor blacklists, reputation tools (like Google Postmaster, SNDS, Talos, etc.) and proactively mitigate issues.
• Generate and interpret detailed deliverability reports using analytics tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and compliance teams to maintain sender reputation.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, ISP policies, and changes in email authentication protocols.

Technical Skills Required
• Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.).
• Comfortable working with DNS records, email headers, and SMTP logs.
• Familiarity with Linux terminal commands and basic MySQL queries.
• Experience with ESPs (e.g., Maropost, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Amazon SES or others) and deliverability tools (e.g., GlockApps, Google Postmaster Dashboard, SNDS, Spamhaus).
• Understanding of email authentication protocols and email infrastructure components.
• Good knowledge about how spam filters and black listings work.
