The Role
The Contract Driver will be responsible for the efficient delivery of our products ensuring that the procedures adhere to Company standards.
Ensure total compliance to all Company policies, processes and procedures, including WH&S and Environmental policies and SOP’s.
Participate in training programs offered by the Company
Build long term customer relationships by adding value to their business and ensuring high standards of customer service
Service valet customers according to the set schedule, either monthly or fortnightly
Unpack products into customer cupboards / stationery areas
Ensure all packaging materials are removed and products are put away in order to maintain a neat and tidy cupboard / stationery area
Provide information to Account Managers on customer feedback and key opportunities, also keeping them informed on service level changes.
Inventory Management – identify stock levels that may require adjustment and report to the counter / Valet team
Handle minor issues raised by customer
About You
You are a reliable individual who is well presented and has the ability to communicate clearly with our customers, providing them with a high level of customer service.
To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
Own a 2-Tonne Van in good working condition
Hold a Current Driver's Licence with excellent driving record
ABN Registered - Proprietary Limited only (PTY LTD)
Own Insurance Cover (Commercial Vehicle and Public Liability)
Experience working as a multi drop driver and providing desktop delivery
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
