Suncorp is on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our exciting new Contact Centre team in Townsville.

We are hiring Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join Suncorp's new Contact Centre in Townsville as an AAMI Specialist.

The start date for these roles will be Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
We’ll be hosting Engagement Centres at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville on Tuesday, 29 July and Wednesday, 30 July 2025.

Shift Patterns:

This role is a Part-Time Role offering:

Option 2: 30 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday, Start window 09:00am -11:00am
Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.


What You’ll Be Doing
As an AAMI Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers
Offering tailored solutions to help customers with their insurance needs
Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
Resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently

Training Period
Our success starts with investing in your growth. You’ll complete a 7-week, full-time, paid training program held at our Townsville office — equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role.

Please note: You’ll be required to work full-time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once complete, you’ll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model.

Home Office Setup Requirements
As this is a hybrid role, you’ll work from both the office and home. Suncorp will provide you with a laptop, but you’ll need to have:

A reliable internet connection
An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair)
