Role Overview
As KOR's Customer Service Specialist, a key success factor in this role is the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with KOR customers while delivering exceptional and professional customer service. This role will report to the Customer Operations Manager and be located in Dandenong South.
Some of the primary duties this role will perform:
Receive customer inquiries through various channels regarding equipment support, breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, and part orders.
Prioritize and communicate inquiries based on their impact on customers.
Manage and document all inquiries from initiation to closure using our Enquiry management system.
Ensure that service jobs are completed.
Provide level one technical phone support to resolve issues remotely and promptly when possible.
Coordinate and schedule service and repair bookings in the KOR workshop and in the field.
Develop action plans for all inquiries based on their priority.
Build positive relationships with suppliers involved in servicing and repairing customer equipment.
To ensure your success in this position you will have:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the equipment, manufacturing, or technical industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Inbound and Outbound calls).
Experience using computer systems to create orders, quotes, and invoices.
Experience with scheduling service works.
Ability to resolve customer enquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and work in a dynamic environment.
A qualification in Customer Service or Administration would be highly advantageous.
