Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support at Lawcloud for Europe market. She will be responsible for providing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical assistance, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.

Qualifications
• Customer Support and Technical Support skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years of experience

The package will not be a constraint for suitable candidate.
