We are looking for experienced SRE Architect who bring fresh viewpoints, a discipline of systems architecture and resiliency design focus and enjoy collaborating with a cross-functional teams to architect our shared data platforms. What We Offer You: Pune We offer competitive health and wellness benefits, empowering you to value life in and out of the office An environment that encourages networking and collaboration across functions and businesses Conveniently located nature trails, accessible year-round Hear from our people and look inside our office: Your Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of high quality data architectural solutions, including enterprise and line of business architectures, while ensuring compliance with company policies Create, review and approve site reliability engineering (SRE) planning, analysis, designs and acceptance standards. Conduct reliability quality audit and risk assessments Pre-empt, identify the failure scenarios, design flaws and technology limitations with current / proposed solutions Develop and define the strategy for incorporating and deploying new tools, methods, and processes to address the quality and reliability needs. Understand the trends in reliability engineering & design use them in defining the strategy Promote practice of Design-for-Reliability (DFR) across hardware, software, and systems integration programs. Contribute to reliability discussions with best-practices, and emerging issues. Connect with external entities and bring industry best practices back to team. Ensure quality and reliability requirements are incorporated into the specifications of products. Evangelize SRE and DevOps through workshops and training sessions Assist in documenting and implementing processes, workflows, user manuals and present to stakeholders as necessary Your Skills and Experience: A self-starter, able to architect, build, drive and advocate for SRE solution 10+ years of experience at the architect level preferred with expertise in scalability and resiliency and 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or as a developer in SaaS based/enterprise applications Previous experience within an SRE, DevOps, Agile Development or Systems Engineering / automation role Development experience in Java, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python preferred Broad technical and working knowledge of microservices toolchain, Kubernetes, docker, Windows, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, NATS, Terraform, SQL Server, PostGreSQL, Oracle etc. Broad technical and working knowledge of BigData - Hadoop, HMS, Impala, Scala, etc. preferred Broad technical and working knowledge of Cloud Platform and Observability (preferred Google Cloud with GCO or New Relic) required Broad technical and working knowledge of Performance Engineering and tools - Performance Center, Jmeter, and non-functional requirementsrequired How we'll support you: Training and development to help you excel in your career Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression About us and our teams: Please visit our company website for further information: Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
