Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Dental Practice Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a keen understanding of marketing strategies to help grow our business. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with the principal dentist, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while driving the practice’s success.

Key Responsibilities: -

Practice Management: - Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Manage staff rosters and schedules to optimize resource allocation and patient care. - Mentor and support receptionists to enhance their performance and patient interaction. - Marketing and Advertising: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.

- Assist with onsite social media marketing efforts to grow the practice’s brand and secure appointments.

- Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with the principal dentist to align business objectives and practice goals.

- Identify and explore collaboration opportunities between dental and dermal aspects of the business.

- Patient Experience Management: - Ensure a smooth and pleasant patient experience from appointment scheduling to treatment completion.

- Manage patient recalls and follow up on outstanding treatments to improve patient retention and satisfaction.

- Performance Metrics:

- Monitor and manage business KPIs to assess practice performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in a dental practice or healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing strategies.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with dental software and practice management systems is a plus.
