Receptionist – Medical Centre, Dulwich Hill

We are seeking an Receptionist to join our medical centre in Dulwich Hill. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, organised, confident with computers, and skilled in delivering excellent customer service.

Flexible hours and terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations including appointments, billing, and enquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain accurate records and support smooth daily administration
Provide assistance to doctors and health professionals as required
Essential Criteria:

Excellent computer and software skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Exceptional customer service and communication skillls
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking ability
Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment
